TL;DR: No refunds, 1 reschedule - COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Once full payment has been received, I promptly begin working on your chart. For this reason, refunds are neither provided after a reading has commenced nor when a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

If you are missing at the beginning of our appointment, I will reach out to you. I understand that life happens, so if either party cannot attend a session because of an emergency, I will communicate with you to reschedule.

Failure to communicate with me will result in the forfeit of your payment.

If you no show during the rescheduled appointment, I reserve the right to refuse future service.

This is to honor both of our time & dedication to the service provided.

To honor the energy between parties, I am open to discussing & offering sliding scale payments, payment plans, or both on an as-needed basis. Please contact me to discuss so we can come up with something equitable.

For both, a 50% deposit is required upfront to hold your appointment. Full payment is required 48 hours prior to our appointment. 

If payment is absent close to the 48 hour deadline, I ask that you notify me so we may review options. To stay in consideration of life as well as both of our time and energy invested, I will allow a reschedule. Failure to communicate will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

SLIDING SCALE

I offer sliding scale rates based on alignment, availability, & need starting around 80% of my current service rate.

Example: Payment for a service valued at $123 would be along a $99-$111 sliding scale.

For those who are interested in providing a unique & memorable experience for your event (regardless of how many attendees), I am open to traveling & offering my suite of services at a flat rate of $150/hour with a $150 deposit to be paid at time of booking that will contribute to the final invoice. I will come dressed to event specifics with tools & set-up appropriate for your venue. (I absolutely LOVE a themed event!)

Example: Your event is 4-hours long. I require a $150 deposit upfront which will contribute to travel expenses & my first hour. If you want me for the full 4-hours, then $450 will be due (($150/hour x 4-hours = $600) - $150 deposit).

The deposit is only refundable should I encounter issues reaching our agreed destination & will be calculated based on travel expenses that have been exhausted in the effort.

LONG-DISTANCE TRAVEL

TL;DR: Cost is my hourly rate + travel expenses.

• By vehicle

  • If I deem the travel to be taxing on my vehicle, I reserve the right to charge an additional mileage fee at the standard mileage rate. This will be discussed beforehand.

  • In addition to the booking deposit, I will require an additional deposit upfront (before I travel) that will be based on the estimate for a round trip. This will contribute to the final invoice.

    Example: Your event is 100-miles away & you’ve booked me for 2-hours. If the current standard mileage rate is $0.70/mile of business travel, then the deposit will equate to 200 x $0.70/mi for a 200-mile roundtrip, or $140 ON TOP of the $150 booking deposit. For an event that is 2-hours long, the total invoice would be $440 with $290 due at time of booking & the remaining $150 due upon my arrival.

Previous events I have had the honor of providing my services at as the sole astrologer &/or psychic have included themed gatherings during Halloween & the Autumn Equinox as well as birthdays for some very cool people.
